Ingredients (Makes 6 small breads)
• 500 g bread flour
• 250 g sweet potato ( ideally white flesh – yellow or orange will work will just give the bread a slight coloring)
• 7 g dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 200–250 ml warm water
• Optional: Olive oil (for greasing hands and shaping)
For Garlic Butter (Optional):
• 100 g butter, softened
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp Garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
