Forest Escape Preparing for Ice Storm Coming; Filling Up Gasoline, Installing Propane for Generator

In the forest escape we know what it is like to have an ice storm and each year we get a little more prepared! Straw in the coop, repair gaps, insulate, seal off drafts and more. The latches all get covered in ice normally, so wrapping them helps. Also, the generator has been running on gasoline each time we needed it, but it has a propane kit so the generators can run on two fuels. David installed the propane kit, filled up with gasoline and tested it out. We are almost ready for the upcoming ice storm that might put 1/2" of ice on every surface!
