This gives them all the probable cause they need to search and seize, to detain or arrest, but most importantly to properly identify and conduct and operation. This Police work is the type that other departments should aspire to do. This exposure resulted in 5 felonies and 3 misdemeanors. Mr. Bomgardner is sentenced to 6-12 years in Pennsylvania prison.
