2025 INDIANA LEGISLATIVE PROPOSED BILLS

Cheryl and Ken begin by briefly discussing their Christmas adventures and wishing well our newest 8th District representative, Daryl Schmitt.

The show outlines some of the proposed legislation presented by our representatives in the Senate and House of Representatives. There are approximately 100 bills presented, only 20 are discussed with commentary by Cheryl and Ken.

Imagine adult-sized changing tables at rest areas, non-taxable feminine hygiene products, DNA samples taken from arrested persons and prosecuting if they refuse, or finally prohibiting the BMV from selling our personal information but subsidizing the BMV for the lost revenue. These are just a few of the “important” legislation being espoused by Indiana Republicans.

The proposed legislation never addresses the current issue of illegal aliens, homelessness, or other immediate needs of Hoosiers. The bills represent the wishes of lobbyists, donors, and special interest.

It’s is abundantly obvious the legislators are not sponsoring bills that improve the lives of Hoosiers, but line the pockets of a few, or an agenda; especially education.

Attached is a google document with a list of bills, the sponsors, and a brief explanation of each legislation. Most of the legislation is disgraceful. Anything repugnant to the US and the Indiana Constitution is unenforceable.

The bills are being presented by Republicans, not Democrats. You would expect the WOKE agenda from the Dems, but not Republicans. But there it is! Many RINOS on display. Take a look for yourself:
