We discuss a man who has used the fight for power, promotion of nationalist ideology and religious superiority to enact legislative changes that have caused immense suffering in Russia and globally, including for Alatra volunteers. His agents have infiltrated government and law enforcement, carrying out unconstitutional and illegal actions against innocent people on his orders.
