JUST IN: Former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan and intelligence officer Sam Shoemate have revealed a manifesto sent by the Cybertruck bomber, Matt Livelsberger, prior to the bombing.

The manifesto exposes allegations of advanced drone technology, US war crimes in Afghanistan, and China's use of gravity propulsion systems inside the United States.
