Why Zelensky TRY to CUT Crimea's AORTA?

Crimea has gone from being a “geopolitical jewel” to a military and diplomatic nightmare for Russia.
Once touted as “Russia's permanent acquisition”, Crimea is now the stuff of nightmares for Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
In the new year, the Ukrainian army is focused on the Crimean Peninsula, perhaps one of the most strategically key points of the war.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is adamant that “the war started in Crimea and will end there”. Even Russia's extraordinary defense measures, the withdrawal of its Black Sea Fleet and the deployment of air defense systems all over the peninsula have not stopped Kiev's determination.
Ukraine's threats against the Kerch Bridge and its sharp attacks on facilities on the peninsula continue to rattle Moscow.
It seems that Crimea has become a paper fortress. One of the most striking examples: Successive drone strikes against Russian military installations in Sevastopol and Ukrainian naval vessels sailing close to the surface in the Black Sea.
All this weakens Moscow's argument that “Crimea is ours, it is indisputable”. The peninsula, which until yesterday was the “crown jewel” of the occupation, now seems to have become the Russian army's biggest headache on the southern front.
So what tactics are Ukraine using to advance wave by wave on the peninsula?
Why is Russia in danger of losing control here?
If Russian authority in Crimea collapses and the fact that Crimea does not belong to the Russians is confirmed on the ground, how will the war take shape?
We will discover the answers to all these questions together.
