As Dart and the others stay behind, they unravel more mysteries surrounding the Moon That Never Sets, the Black Monster, and the Dragon Campaign. Chaos unfolds when the fearsome Divine Dragon makes a flyby over the city, prompting the team to journey to Wingly City in search of the Dragon Block Staff—an essential tool to defeat the dragon, especially since Lloyd holds the other key weapon. Before they set off, Shana unexpectedly loses control of her Dragoon Spirit, which passes on to Miranda.
