So, I was watching a Street Preacher in a YouTube short video who was being asked a question by a person who was living an alternative lifestyle attending the parade that he was at. This individual had given him their spiritual resume which is usually something to the effect of, “I grew up in church so I know what I'm talking about”, or, “I know the bible so you can’t pull one over on me”, or “that’s not in the bible anywhere” which has so far by my accounts been proven a statement which is 100% wrong. In fact, all of them are wrong but we you that in advance of attending these types of events. Anyway, considering that these excuses are reactive defensive responses (RDR’s), ha, coming from or intended to hide the fact that we are indeed in sin and just don’t want anyone to point it out. which is well, often times not the case, and so this person then proceeded to ask him, the street preacher, if he had ever considered that what he was doing, which is preaching before an entire group at a parade living an alternative lifestyle, if that it is wrong to do so, and that, one day he might just get an epiphany and become embarrassed for preaching the gospel at those types of events in the manner that he is doing so.
