Today we bake an incredibly delicious pizza😍
For the dough:
- zucchini 400 g
- 3 eggs
- rice flour 120 g
- cheese 50 g I have mozzarella
- salt, dried garlic
Mix all the ingredients and put them on parchment.
Bake in the oven on parchment for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the filling:
- 150-200 g mozzarella
- for the sauce, fry tomatoes, 3 pcs, salt.
- grease the finished crust with sour cream,
add tomato sauce.
- bacon
- champignon
- pepper
- put the tomatoes on the pizza and sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
