The Magna Carta - The Double-Edged Sword
After a foray into the world psychological operations with our last show, we now move back into the wheelhouse of this channel and return to making soldiers-at-law.
Tonight, I am going to take you back to the origin of Anglo-Common Law, the Magna Carta, upon which the origan great republic, known as the Continental United States, was formed. Many have heard of it, but few know what it truly is, a double-edged sword.
Originally, it was considered an abomination to write the law and, because of this, the common law, prior to the establishment of the Magna Carta, was recited orally at regular annual gatherings. In 1066, the Norman Terror known as William the Conqueror conquered England and brought with him the civil law concept of Registry, forcing all inhabitants to register their property in what is known as the Domesday Book.
Through this, and the introduction of the concept "Divine Right to Rule", he instituted what is known as the feudal system to England. This is where the ownership of all land and property is in the hands of the Crown and those who have registered it retain the legal right to use the land and property for a "fee".
He also separated the original common law courts, creating a temporal court and spiritual court, the latter of which he gave to the priesthood he had brought with him. This spiritual court, known as ecclesiastical court, dealt with matters of life, death, and inheritance.
The corruption of this particular court caused the Baronage of England to corner the king and force him to sign the Magna Carta, securing to themselves and their heirs the unalienable natural rights to property that was their unwritten law from time immemorial. Well, that is the official story anyway.
The truth is, the Magna Carta was a clever way to write down common law and introduce the concept of trusts into it. They gradually evolved this over the centuries, with one specific notable act I will present tonight, and then grandfathered it in as part of the American inheritance of English common law without ever having to write about it in the founding documents.
This, because the Constitution is an extension of the Magna Carta. The Magna Carta is a double-edged sword because it can create, and has already created, a free republic ruled by popular sovereignty, but only if you know the Law. If not, the Magna Carta authorizes and provides for a very subtle and powerful system of slavery, which is what we have worldwide today.
Tonight, we will study the Magna Carta and I will show you how they are using it, and have always used it, in my home state of MIchigan to enslave the People as corporate tax chattel. You will comprehend how they can do what they presume to do in commercial law after my presentation this evening.
