What This Man is Doing and What His Entourage is Supporting are Major Civil & Privacy Violations

I have been slandered defamed extorted Cyber harassed and stalked by a YouTuber who worked with several people in destroy my college, personal life, support systems, privacy, security, monitoring me constantly, using me for content on his channel my face my voice, stealing my content to slander me, pulling my private information, contacting my family members, contacting my neighbors, friends and landlord, caused me to get a notice to move falsely reporting me to police for things from out of state in Ohio where he lives, claims to be an ex gang member for the Latin kings, maliciously is trying to silence me whenever I speak out, and has used himself and woman too manipulate law enforcement and falsely report me to law enforcement and the FBI with false accusations, admitted to accepting money to harass me, has several YouTube channels using my image name and Slandering me as a rapist pedophile, child abuser, drug addict, mentally ill, and encouraging his audiences on Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook, and keeps posting about me and won't stop mentioning hateful things about me in comments posts and videos and has a large hidden rap sheets of crimes consisting briefly aggravated menacing, assault and domestic violence and has admitted to a prior Rico charge in another state he was dismissed from after some prison time and evidence mysterious disappearing as well as claiming to be a Boss of the Massachusetts and NY, NJ street gangs which are highly skilled in Witness intimidation, human trafficking, silencing via slander and defamation, extortion, blackmail, ordered harassment from others or bearings and worse death, laughs about pink cocaine and the street life and using others to help him commit crimes to not get caught, claims to o everyone he has a clean record and this is a lie, meanwhile most recently trying to use other tactics to harass male and any female creators he picks a beef with, and having us select females pull private and personal information to Livestream his use of power over ones private life as a means of content on his YouTube Channel, uses my name incessantly spends the majority of his time casing YouTube looking for opportunities for his community posting and his infringing use of content that is not at all fair use, and claims to be a know it all of cases specific to the West Coast without any knowledge of how we operate or the culture, claiming he has all the info, but has never shown proof of anything but his own sneak peeks of what his flying monkeys bring to his table to share with unsuspecting watchers who must be getting paid to watch this creep. He's always using YouTube to stalk and intimidate me and others and I have 2 years of evidence.
