We are not foodies, but Griendel Brasserie Artisanale might have changed our minds! Artistically complex food that pairs perfectly with their artistically complex beer.

Martin and Yan, partners at #griendelbrasserieartisanale in Quebec City, Canada, take us through their gastropub menu, the pig tongue and the creme brulee. All the food is made in their scratch kitchen by Yan and the crew, the results are spectacular! It's a set menu, but the specific meats and seafood varies depending on availability, but regardless... Yan will make sure that it's amazingly tasty!
