New Orleans Attacker Planned To Kill His Family After Joining ISIS

The man who police say drove his truck through a crowd of people in New Orleans Shamsud-Din Jabbar – planned to kill his family but was worried that media attention wouldn’t be focused on the "war between believers & disbelievers," according to Officials.
They’ve also found bomb-making materials at a New Orleans Airbnb – and are looking for a possible connection.
The FBI says Jabbar posted five videos on his Facebook account proclaiming his support for ISIS. They say he joined terror group before the summer and left behind a will and testimony.

Jabbar served in the Army for 10 years and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009 and after first saying Jabbar was working with multiple other people, Authorities now say that he acted alone
