TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
Classic Champagne Cocktail

1 sugar cube
dash of bitters
1 ounce brandy
4-6 ounces good champagne
Luxardo cherry and your choice of additional dressing

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute
Saturate it with the bitters
add the brandy
top up with champagne
add cherry or preferred dressing
sip slowly
