Revelation 5:9 and the Pretrib Rapture

One of my favorite arguments for the pretrib rapture is the presence of the 24 elders as representatives of the church in heaven during the 4th and 5th chapters of Revelation, prior to the opening of the first seal in chapter 6. This argument depends, in part, on the fact that the 24 elders are blood-redeemed, as we read in Revelation 5:9, "you have redeemed us to God by your blood." Some dispute this, however, because the modern versions leave out the word "us." This distances the 24 elders from the blood redeemed. But does the textual evidence actually support leaving out the word "us" in Revelation 5:9? No. This video points out the overwhelming evidence for the presence of the word "us."
