Since the beginning of time people have argued about the existence of ghosts They have been called variously spectres, phantoms, apparitions, shadows or shades but everyone agrees that if there are such things as ghosts they are the souls of dead persons haunting living persons and that’s what this story is about.

A ghost hunter tries to drive the ghost of an old sea captain's wife out of a house so a new buyer can live in it to tear it down to build condominiums. But has the ghost hunter met his match?
