Muslim LEARNS Jesus is GOD In The BIBLE | Sam Shamoun

Jesus boldly and unequivocally claimed His divine identity in a way that silences all doubts. In Revelation 1:17-18, He declares, “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive forever and ever!” This statement cannot be matched by any mere creation, nor can it be dismissed by superficial objections. Only God can claim to be eternal, unchanging, and victorious over death, proving that Jesus is none other than God Almighty.

Even the Quran, in Surah Al-Hadid 57:3, affirms that only Allah is “the First and the Last.” Yet Jesus uses the exact same titles for Himself, openly declaring His divinity. When paired with His resurrection, Jesus leaves no room for argument. If Allah is eternal and cannot die, but Jesus says He died and rose again while still being eternal, then the logical conclusion is clear: Jesus is God, unmatched and unchallengeable.

The critics of Jesus' divinity often demand explicit wording like, "I am God." However, this is a smoke screen because the essence of Jesus’ claim is undeniable. His words and actions repeatedly assert His divine nature, aligning with the Father in perfect unity (John 10:30) and accepting worship that only God deserves (Matthew 28:9).

Bible Verses:

John 10:30 - "I and the Father are one." - This shows Jesus’ divine unity with God.

Revelation 1:17-18 - "I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive forever and ever!" - Jesus affirms His eternal, divine nature and victory over death.

Matthew 28:9 - "Suddenly Jesus met them. 'Greetings,' he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him." - Jesus accepted worship, a privilege reserved for God alone.
