Things God Loves

The Bible tells us that God is love, and we know that this is true. He has demonstrated His love toward us in many wonderful ways, and on countless occasions throughout our lives unto this day.

God is indeed love personified, that is His character. But the Holy Bible tells us that there are also certain things and people in particular that God has a special love for, things and people which are especially dear to Him.

In this message Pastor Kemble enumerates several things and people which God says in His Word that He loves.

God loves His creation — Genesis 1:31, John 3:16

God loves those who love Him — Proverbs 8:17, John 14:21, 23-24, 16:27

God loves cheerful givers — 2 Corinthians 9:6-15, Luke 6:38, Galatians 6:7-9

God loves what is right — Psalms 37:27-29, 11:7, Isaiah 61:8

God loves the righteous — Psalm 146:8, Deuteronomy 33:3

God also loves the sinner — Romans 5:8

God loves those whom He corrects — Proverbs 3:11-13 , Hebrews 12:5-13

God loves His people Israel — Hosea 11:1, Deuteronomy 7:6-10, Jeremiah 31:3

God loves His Holy City — Psalms 87:2-3, 132:13-14, 2 Chronicles 6:6
