New Years Day motorcycle single track ride Boulders OHV, Arizona. We were going to join our motorcycle club ride but had some trails we wanted to explore. We ended up running into the club guys in a wash going the opposite direction of our ride, proof that great minds think alike. We ended up putting in 40 miles of a mix of good flowing single track and rocky at times chunky stuff. Al, riding the Beta 300 Race picks the right way to fall somewhere around mid minute 27, the other way was quite the distance down. The YZ has a weeping fork seal so hopefully parts will arrive in the next couple of days. I'm at 75 hours so it's a little past time to freshen up the suspension fluids anyway and I can tell the forks are a little more harsh on the square edge stuff now. The culprit for the leaking fork seal is an odd one, somehow tree sap or something resembling a bump of epoxy ended up on the back of my fork tube. I picked it off but it nicked the fork seal before I caught it. Another fantastic single track day in Arizona.
