When was the last time you visited your local library? If it's been a while, you may want to check it out. Libraries have so much to offer and they do so much to promote literacy in our community. Today, a librarian tells all! Rachel Arndt is a librarian and the head of Milwaukee Public Library's Central Library in downtown Milwaukee, and she's here to answer all our questions so you can get the most out of your local library.
