New Orleans truck attack driver 'hellbent' on 'creating carnage' says police superintendent

A driver intentionally rammed a pickup truck into crowds of people on the bustling Bourbon Street in New Orleans. At least 15 are reported dead, with more than 30 others hurt. The suspect was identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a U.S. citizen from Texas and Army veteran. The FBI says their case is still active and they do not believe Jabbar was "solely responsible." Tom Llamas reports on the scene at Bourbon Street to give a status update on the investigation and what is known about the attack. Jesse Kirsch reports on the physical barriers normally used to protect pedestrians that were removed for repairs.
