3 medium potatoes.
salt.
black pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
a bunch of parsley.
1 tablespoon butter (20-25g).
3 egg yolks (1 for greasing the potatoes).
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
