Englewood families told not to purchase flood insurance in past now deal with $60k in flood damages

There are families really struggling to recover after storms last week, after it brought tons of rain and hail leaving streets underwater. The floodwaters rushed into people's homes in Englewood, many of which were told not purchase flood insurance because the homes were not located in a flood zone.
