Hyenas beautiful animals from Africa and Asia

Hyenas are predators of which there are still four species. They live in large parts of Africa as well as in West and South Asia. Hyenas live in packs. The spotted hyena is an active hunter, the other three species feed almost exclusively on carrion and termites. Hyenas grow up to 160 cm long and have a very short tail. Spotted hyenas are the heaviest at over 80 kg. The spotted hyena is the only hyena species that makes many sounds, from growling to screeching to laughing. Hyenas are known to kill domestic animals and sheep from time to time, which is why hyenas are often hunted. There are many myths about hyenas in Asia and Africa. In many parts of Africa, hyenas are considered dangerous and wild animals, while in other regions they symbolise endurance and strength and are considered sacred. Have you ever seen a hyena?
