Yesterday we went to 3 Nations in Carrollton to taste their seasonal beers and to hang out with the mayor of Carrollton, Steve Babick for a few minutes. Carrollton royalty! We also took pictures with Santa, who secretly works at 3 nations during the off season. #facts

Over the course of the evening we tried the 'Gingerbread Ale', 'Wintery Mix', 'Yule Tide Brew' and 'Autumn Spice', which is a Berliner Weisse.
Ken finished up with a 'Caked Up' stout from Symbol Brewing and accidentally discovered that when he took a sip of this and then take a sip of Autumn Spice the flavor profile changed to something like an apple pie with ice cream. Video coming for this on another day.

Kat's fav beer was the 7% winter ale cleverly called Wintery Mix. It's hoppy winter ale, warm with a bitter finish.
Ken returned to the 6.5% 'Gingerbread Ale' again, as it's a solid season spiced beer

Ken also picked up a couple bottles of their 13% limited edition 'Bourbon barrel aged Balerion' which is in wax dipped individually numbered bottles! We can't wait to try one out, the other will go into his collection of BA beers for a while.
