Did The Child Try to Run Over His Mother?

It looks like a mother was trying to tell her child to stay in the car or not to move. I guess the child didn’t listen to her. I’m not sure how the child ran over their mother, but she’s okay now. She took the child out of the car, and everything seems fine now.
