Dalian Shipbuilding successfully achieves multiple production nodes

Dalian Shipbuilding has successfully achieved multiple production nodes. Recently, Dalian Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's China Heavy Industries Group, has been fully committed to delivering seven thousand five hundred cubic meters of liquid carbon dioxide transport ship No. two at multiple production nodes. The total length of the ship is about one hundred and thirty meters, the width is twenty-one.two meters, and the structural draft is eight meters. Designed and built independently by Dalian Shipbuilding, with complete independent intellectual property rights, and classified by DNV classification society. The overall technology has reached the international leading level, and innovative technologies such as rotor sail, bubble drag reduction, host exhaust gas monitoring system, and shaft generator have been applied, significantly reducing emission levels, improving energy-saving effects, and meeting the requirements of the most advanced Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDIPhase III). The lifting of the first set of pump towers for the one hundred and seventy-five thousand cubic meter LNG transportation bow ship marks the completion of the lifting, indicating that the cargo containment system of the ship is in complete condition and meets the subsequent construction requirements. The pump tower is a key equipment in the cargo hold area of LNG transport ships, characterized by heavy tonnage, large volume, and multiple accessories. The project team organized and planned in advance, coordinated with relevant departments such as General Assembly Department four, LNG Operation Department, and General Assembly Department three, clarified the responsibilities and task nodes of each department, controlled the pace of project progress, and invited production technicians from pump tower manufacturers to communicate at the factory, cooperate with on-site lifting confirmation, and lay the foundation for lifting work. With the joint efforts of various departments, the first set of three-cell pump tower lifting task was successfully completed in just over three hours, winning high praise from the shipowner and GTT. The third LNG carrier with a capacity of one hundred and seventy-five thousand cubic meters has completed the construction of the bow section ahead of schedule and successfully floated out of the dock. The final assembly department carefully planned and organized, optimized the layout of the segmented and cargo enclosure system, and effectively improved the efficiency of crane operations. The ship's hull was formed eight days in advance, and the flatness of the twond cargo hold in the dock passed the inspection once. The shipowner and ship inspection gave high praise.
