UNIT Alone In A Quiet Place.

Note: all tracks recorded under the names Academy 23 or UNIT are the property of DNA Records and protected by copyright, regardless of who wrote the works concerned. This is a track recorded in October 2021 for our 49th album: Alone In A Quiet Place. This is a rare example of a UNIT number by me that include parts for a guitar. It is also a less than fond farewell to all those fake friends who refuse to respect (or even speak to) me once they discover my political and social values are not identical to theirs. These snivelling socialist bastards know who they are.

The acquisition of knowledge rarely brings relief
as every new discovery destroys an old belief.
All that I believed in; everything I know
gradually dissipates and tends to zero.
A set of values, a formulation, when one applies an integration,
reveals only a partial summation, a grossly incomplete evaluation.

Delta x divided by delta y
represents a change as time passes by:
what I knew beyond doubt in former years
begins to crumble now doubt reappears.
