The circular sheet metal cutters can be driven, or the work may be pulled through idle cutters. Slitting usually produces a burr that must remove.

A metal cutting machine design to cut longitudinally the wide steel coils into different narrow steel strips for continuously producing cold-formed sectional steel products. Basically, there are two types: high-speed and normal-speed slitting machine lines. A high-speed slitter can work at a max speed of over 150 m/minute and over 10 strips can be produced; while a normal-speed slitting machine can work at most 40m/min with less than 10 strips slit.

2) Hydraulic Entry Coil Car Automatic Coil Slitting Machine

The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

It is driven vertically by φ180mm hydraulic cylinder with 4 guide pillars

The level movement is driven by XWD2.2-63-121 cycloid motor

Function: It uses to lift up and down, and moves forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled by the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7 m/min. When the coils are on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.

3) Hydraulic Decoiler Steel Coil Slitting Line

4KW motor drives the decoiler running and the hydraulic drives it expands and shrinks.

Expanding model: the oblique slider is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder.

Max loading weight: 15T

Mandrel: 45# steel processed by heat treatment and the diameter is φ219mm. It is home-made by our company.

It designs with a supporting stand that is driven by hydraulics to ensure the heavyweight coils can be loaded.

5) Hydraulic Cutter Steel Strips Slitting Machine

Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 1.5mmX1250 steel plates ;

The up and down blades which are alloy material 9CrSi can adjust their gap.

The machine use for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine.

6) Looper Steel Slitting Line Machine

pit equip with 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitter.

the magic eye is controlled by PLC.

pit size: 4500 mm x 1750 mm x 4000 mm.

Function: it uses to eliminate the different speeds and make the plates which are in the wrong rail back the right way. At first, the hydraulic cylinder lifts the bridges to pass the steel sheets. when working, the bridges will lift down, the steel will be stored in the pit. There is equipped with photo electricity devices to adjust the high or low speed to make sure the certain store quantity in the pit.

7) Side Guide Device Steel Coil Slitting Line

It uses vertical rollers on both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.

The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides. The width range is 500-1250mm.

Function: it uses to prevent the sheet from running in the wrong way. On both sides of the plates width way, the stand rolling is fixed on their own position and can adjust the width manually to match the different width plates. There are 4 rollers (quenching HRC 55-58) which divided into 2 rollers on each side.

8) Slitter (55 KW DC ) Coil Slitting Line

Knife pivot specification: φ200 x 1350 mm, material: 40 Cr, heat treatment HB 225-250.

Host machine: This is composed of the bottom stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ200 mm, 2 pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of the bracket, knife pivot lifting, and pressing down adjustment device.

Power part: 55KW DC motor with JZQ 650 decelerator and universal coupling as well as gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting cover, etc.

The knife pivot press-down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.

It changes the blades by moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.
