3 Armed Boys, Ages 12-14, Shot by Man They Tried to Rob at Gunpoint on Christmas Night

Three boys—ages 12, 13, and 14—attempted an armed robbery on Christmas night, targeting a 25-year-old man and his girlfriend outside their apartment complex. At first, the couple thought it was a prank because of how young the kids looked, but things turned deadly serious when the boys pulled guns.

The intended victim, however, wasn’t defenseless. He drew his own firearm and opened fire, hitting ALL three of the boys.

* A 12-year-old is hospitalized in critical condition.
* Two others, ages 12 and 13, returned to the scene with non-fatal injuries seeking help.
* A 14-year-old accomplice was taken into custody unharmed.

The 25-year-old Victim stayed on the scene and cooperated with police.

Florida Man Shoots and Kills Illegal Alien Home Invaders, Sheriff Said - Home Invaders “Should Expect to Be Shot”

Florida: Manatee County Sheriff praised a homeowner who protected his family by shooting and killing a 27-year old illegal alien from Mexico who had invaded his home with an accomplice. Both men were masked and the dead man was armed with a crowbar. The second man fled the scene and was later arrested; he had a 90-day visa from Chile that has expired and he is in the US illegally.

The dead man, Jorge Nestevan Flores-Toledo, had a prior arrest in Oak Brook, Illinois in 2023 and served four months in jail for residential burglary before being released on parole in November. He had an active warrant for a parole violation and was considered “armed and dangerous.”

Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells said: “This is the state of Florida. If you want to break into someone’s home, you should expect to be shot.”
