Happy Headbanger Friday, Hard Rockers, Headbangers, and the Hardcore! Being a young soldier, stationed in Germany, my Brothers and our family would use Army MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) to go to the most beautiful place during the winter, the slopes. There’d be a whole group of us. Sometimes up to 50 troops! We didn’t have the internet back then. We had to PLAN our trips. We had to use snail mail, telephones, and had to coordinate our trips like a strategic bombing campaign during World War 2 to make sure everyone was on point. Now today, it’d take a text or an email. My, how times have changed. I love the memories I have on 5x7 35mm film in double. Whereas today, you save your photos to a cloud. But the one thing that never changed, over the decades, is the music you listen to today, is the music we listened to and then and still…today. To be able to share our experiences with you through music is a great feeling all of us here at Hill 30 and with that said; on this week’s show, we have a guest VJ introduces a triple threat of a legendary British Metal band that every headbanger knows along with a plethora of tone setters that will keep your fists in the air and your hair flyin and head bangin'!

We’re going to keep this here, Headbangers because I can’t think of any way to…say it! When I close my eyes and think back to those days, back when we were in our 20s, young, Spartan-like, indestructible, bullet-proof…my brain lights up like a Starlight Flare and the movie of my memories starts. You’re gonna have a great time watching this show, folks.
