Globalist Seduction: Babylon, the Antichrist, and Big Pharma (Rev. 18) - Sunday Sermon, 12\29\24

Pastor Smith concludes his 2-year chronological series, "Logos: A Journey of Faith, Hope, and Love," with an overview of the future period known as The Great Tribulation (Revelation 16-19:2). Following an introduction of the author and setting of the Book of Revelation, Pastor Smith examines the judgments of the Tribulation, the nature of Babylon and its globalist, one world pattern: One World Government, One World Religion, and a One World Globalist Economy. Revelation 17 reveals the religious nature of Babylon. Revelation 18 foretells God's judgment of Babylon and its ruler, the Antichrist. Three things justify Babylon's destruction: 1) The pride of its merchants; 2) Babylon's "sorceries" (the root word for "sorceries" is "pharmakeia" from which we get our English word pharmacy and pharmaceuticals (Is "Big Pharma" and its agenda a forerunner of Babylon's sorceries?); 3) Babylon (a type of the world) will also be condemned for shedding the bloodshed of prophets and saints.
