COCKTAIL SUNSHINE SPRITZ

SUNSHINE SPRITZ
his twist captures the refreshing and sparkle of Aperol Spritz with the freshness of watermelon and sweetness of strawberries. It‘s a sip of summer in a wine glass.

Recipe:
🤘two fingers worth PROSECCO
✌️two fingers worth STRAWBERRY INFUSED APEROL
2 chunks WATERMELON
splash of SODA WATER

Chill your glass. Strain melted water. Muddle watermelon chunks in base of shaker. Add strawberries infused Aperol and shake with ice. Pour Prosecco in your chilled glass. Fine strain your mix into glass and top with a splash of soda water. Stir briefly.

Garnish with watermelon and mint sprigs.
