ABSTRUSE
Admittedly, this cocktail sounds quite wild based on its ingredients. In fact, it tastes tropical and fruity with a balanced complexity and surprises with a spicy note.

Recipe:
30ml-1oz PEPPERY GIN
15ml-½oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE
15ml-½oz JÄGERMEISTER
45ml-1½oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1 bar spoon VANILLA SYRUP
1 dash CHOCOLATE BITTERS
1 EGG WHITE or VEGAN FOAMER

Shake all ingredients with ice. Reverse shake. Strain back into shaker and shake without ice. Fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
