What is HbA1C (Glycated haemoglobin)?

Note: If your olive oil is polymerizing, it is either adulterated or not olive oil at all. A good test is to put it in the fridge over night and if it solidifies it is pure olive oil, if it stays liquid or partially liquid, it is not 100% olive oil. @Gator-357
