Woman Arrested After Trying To Flush Her Dead Fetus Down A Whataburger Toilet

Posted • December 29, 2024: A woman was arrested after spending hours in a Whataburger restroom trying to flush her dead fetus down the toilet. Mallori Patrice Strait, 33, reportedly entered a Whataburger in Converse, Texas, around midnight on Thursday. She remained in the lobby for two hours before heading to the restroom around 2am. Staff grew concerned when Strait stayed in the bathroom for an hour. Witnesses said she was making strange noises inside a stall. The Bexar County Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause of death. Strait has been charged with abuse of a corpse, according to the arrest affidavit.
