The Gorter Model: Leading Treatment Modality for Cancer and Chronic Viral Infections

The Gorter Model was developed by Robert Gorter, MD, PhD and is dedicated to the treatment of cancer using immune-supportive, nontoxic cancer therapies and also other chronic diseases, such as infections with hepatitis B and C and HIV.

The Gorter Model consists of innovative, nontoxic approaches in the treatment of cancer, designed to empower the immune system ("immune restoration"). Traditional academic (western) medicine is being combined with new therapies, which have a sound scientific basis. The main therapies included in the Gorter Model, the vaccination with dendritic cells and the various forms of hyperthermia have proven to be successful in the treatment of end-stage cancer patients over the past decades.
