Alien light in apt I was there in the room but it zapped my memory

The only reason I captured the reflection of this thing is because I accidentally faced my camera down the wrong way. If I had faced it down the correct way, I believe it would have somehow known I was taping. I don’t know if our cameras emit a certain frequency or a beam that you can see within a certain situation or what. If it had known that tape was rolling, it would not have done what it did. The light is going off right next to where my head was. I thought maybe 20 minutes had passed but in actuality 40 minutes at past this is a loop of when the light appears it only appeared three times. This is a loop of the three times it appeared it appeared three times over the course of about 20 minutes
