*Kane Allura uses a talent special only to him and his children. He can hear up his hands to extreme temperatures, that ability allowing him to melt many a large rock so that what Leviathan has uncovered can be sealed up once more. It is a success, the openings that let the Empty Kind into our world closed for good as Leviathan slumbers on yet moves no more. But it is also unsuccessful in quite a few ways for many an Empty Kind has already escaped and they are already on the attack. They launch horrible carnage onto the mainland of Hawaii, buildings burning, people dying, until the Caretakers, DirLan, and Reject band together to fight them off. The unity between those that had been fighting each other only moments before does save the day but further off, through spy satellites that beam the violence directly into the offices of Memory Hernandez, President Harriet Hill and Memory begin to formulate a plan. Reject being involved in this outrage, plus him already having been involved with the destruction of downtown Houston, is something Memory can exploit through her media empire. She will remind people that the R on Rejects chest defines him only as something humanity has Rejected, as something many should scorn, and she is sure that once she exploits this then the agenda that President Hill has against all super powered individuals will pass without anything standing in its way [AI Art]*
