Fourteen years ago, Bershan Shaw, was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and given 3 months to live. Now, 14 years later, Bershan is disease free and has committed her life to empowering women, men, executives, entrepreneurs, politicians, and global leaders to find their inner warrior in their career and life & to ‘Step into their Greatness.’ Bershan is “dy- namic, energetic and has a gift for connecting with people.” She helps her clients get the results they need. Nicknamed “The Warrior Business Coach” by her clients, Bershan has turned her struggle into success and lives to do the same for others. She has appeared on countless TV shows and networks in- cluding ABC, NBC, CBS, OWN, News Talk Live, Good Day NY, Fox, Arise, TVOne, News 11, and more.

Bershan Shaw didn’t earn the nickname “The Warrior Coach” by accident. Her career as a sought-after international motivational speaker, business coach, women’s advocate, and author was forged through her dedication, perseverance, and a brush with death. As a two-time breast cancer survivor with a three-month prognosis, Bershan summoned her inner warrior to conquer the impossible, defy the odds, and beat her illness. Now, she uses her leadership skills to bring a no-nonsense approach to motivate others. Bershan founded Warrior Training International (WTI) to help individuals and corporations reach their full potential. During the pandemic, Bershan realized there was a need for a community to speak, support, and empower each other by using their phones. People were depressed, stressed, and tired, so she decided to birth a mental health app called URAWarrior “where UR not alone & you don’t have to suffer in silence.” This app is like no other as it’s a one-stop shop. URAWarrior will provide four pillars to heal the individual: personal development, self-improvement, motivation, and support. Many would say Bershan is a multi-preneur because she successfully has her hands in many businesses but they all stem from the same foundation – Mental wellness. She connects the mind, body, and spirit. This app is her baby that she hopes can change the world, one person, at a time. She wants to leave the world with this app behind so others can heal through human connection.

Most recently, she can be seen on the Real Housewives of NYC as a Life Coach. Bershan has garnered numerous awards, including the 2017 Woman Whole Life Achievement Award, Business & Leadership of Excellence from Woman Economic Forum and the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award for National and Community Service from the President of the United States. The (WOW) Woman of the World award where she was honored to meet Camilla the Queen Consort and speak for JP Morgan Chase. BET her honored her as a cancer trailblazer and advocate for cancer patients all around the world. She is a graduate of Syracuse University undergraduate and New York University with a Master’s degree in journalism and business and also earned a certificate there in leadership and executive coaching.

Bershan’s dynamic, warm, and assertive style has made her 2021/2022 most renowned motivational speaker during COVID - she is living proof that no person, situation, or diagnosis can steal the power of your future.
