Ann Wright is a retired US Army Colonel and US diplomat, who Resigned in Opposition To US War On Iraq. She has been To Gaza eight times and is a part of the of the Gaza Freedom flotilla and in Israeli jail twice.Medea Benjamin is the co-founder of the women-led peace group CODEPINK. Medea has been an advocate for social justice for 50 years. She is the author of 11 books, including Drone Warfare: Killing by Remote Control, Kingdom of the Unjust: Behind the U.S.-Saudi Connection, Inside Iran: The Real History and Politics of the Islamic Republic of Iran and War in Ukraine: Making Sense of a Senseless Conflict, coauthored with Nicolas J.S. Davies. Her most recent book, coauthored with David Swanson, is NATO: What You Need to Know. Joining them are Nurse Abeerah, Nurse Lana and Josephine Guilbeau. In February 2024, Nurse Lana participated in a life-changing medical mission trip to Gaza, providing critical care to those affected by the humanitarian crisis. Witnessing the devastating impact of violence and systemic injustice, she has since become a passionate voice for global health equity and human rights. Combining her nursing expertise with her commitment to advocacy, Nurse Lana strives to make a meaningful difference both locally and internationally. Nurse Abeerah traveled to Gaza on a medical mission in May 2024. Dedicated to providing care amidst a humanitarian crisis, her journey took an unexpected turn when she was stranded for an additional week due to the Israeli invasion of the Rafah border. Despite the challenges, Nurse Abeerah remained steadfast in her commitment to serve, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of war on vulnerable communities. Her experience deepened her resolve to advocate for justice, equity, and the well-being of those in conflict zones. Nurse Abeerah also volunteered in the emergency department at European Gaza Hospital.Josephine Guilbeau Eisenhower Media Fellow; 17 yr Veteran Frm Captain - Intelligence officer.
