Need to get it in before my shoulder surgery next week. I'll work out every day until the surgery, then do what I can after to other parts of my body.

My mid thirties has been a time of clearing out the old and building the new.

This will be my third surgery in 3 years. My right shoulder 3 years ago, my left knee 3 months ago, and now my left shoulder.

Every time they go in and clear out the damage that I've done to myself over the past decades and I've came back stronger each time.

I could leave it alone and let it fester until my 50s

But I'm in my '30s and the next decade is go time.

By Spring I'll be back to normal activity and by Summer back stronger than ever.

Most importantly, I want to be in great health for my kids in the spring and summer when they'll need an active dad.

Don't let the life you could have slip by you because you kept on waiting to do what should have been done years ago.
