BREASTFEEDING CAN BE MORE CHALLENGING WHEN YOUR BABY HAS WIND ||

Spencer was born early via caesarean section, so we had a lot of challenges both with establishing breastfeeding and with tummy troubles (colic) when he was a newborn.

He still suffers from wind and that can make breastfeeding more challenging because he tends to squirm and move around more on the nursing pillow. I find that patting his back while he is feeding can help settle his tummy :)
