In October of 2020 world renowned Wildlife Biologist Craig Downer and documentary film director James Anaquad Kleinert filed a temporary restraining order regarding the unnecessary round up and removal of the Red Desert Wild Horses with Federal Judge Skavdahl in Casper Wyoming Federal Court.

We would serve the BLM officials our legal complaint in Grand Junction Colorado, home to the BLM’s new Federal Office as it turned out BLM now share’s their National office with Colorado Oil & Gas association.
