1KG of RUSTIC Carbonara!! 🇮🇹 Italian Food in Calabria

We're back in my Calabria hometown, Southern Italy and today we cook an amazing Carbonara, a staple of Italian cuisine. We do this by using the freshest ingredients, starting from fresh eggs, to perfect guanciale and using some high quality "spaghetto quadrato", one of my absolute favourite types of pasta.
