Alright here is the deal. This Chinese music is an absolute rabbit hole to go down. From what I understand from various translations, It is said that this band is called Seven or Eight O' Clock. I had alot of trouble confirming this. I think the album is called "cats on the roof" But i have no idea.
I will provide a summary of the band from another channel from where I initially found this.

"Seven or Eight" is a very amateur band, regardless of the level of performance and performance, but the beauty and sadness of their truly delicate and sensitive voices are hardly comparable to any "professional" rock band. They have a high starting point. The poetry, honesty, intensity, frankness, and even roughness of their music that truly belongs to adolescence seems to me to be precious, as rare as a primitive stone.
