God reminds the Hebrews they were freed from slavery of Egypt. A lion (UK/USA), leopard (oriental), and bear (Russian), (sword connects to Ishmaelite/Arabs) is represented in war to destroy Israel if they won't obey and serve GOD. God offers mercy and support.
