I keep trying different settings to see which one does the best job. At first I was getting a LOT of chaff when grinding the beans. I have tried increasing the roasting time slowly. I recently started adjusting the roasting temperature setting to see what I can come up with. I recently realized that I’m not seeing the caramelization on my coffee beans like the ones that I have been ordering from my roaster in PA. So, trying more settings and dating the packaging to verify the resting time.
