The illegal accused of burning a woman to de*th "bugged out" after smoking K2 & drinking, according to his shelter roommate who spoke to the New York Post.

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil was an alcoholic and K2 smoker, according to his shelter roommate who said he would smoke $30 of the drug every day.

The pair had breakfast together that morning before Zapeta-Calil said he was going to make his "normal run."

The roommate said when he would drink and smoke at the same time, he would lose it.

"He smoked K2, drank, and bugged out. He would bug out and talk to himself when he was high, but he never harmed nobody or himself. When he wasn’t high, he’d talk like we’re talking regular."
